Root to Radiance: A Quantum Energy Journey is a 6-month live online group program that blends Eastern medicine wisdom with Western science. How are the classes delivered?
All sessions are live online via Zoom. Each session includes teaching, guided practices, and time for reflection. Replays are available, so if you can’t join live, you’ll still have access to the full experience.
What if I miss a session?
No worries! Every class is recorded and stored for access. You can watch the replay anytime, as often as you like. Many participants return to the recordings to deepen their practice.
How much time do I need to commit?
Each live session is about 60 minutes. Between sessions, you’ll have short practices (breathwork, journaling, or energy exercises) you can do in just a few minutes a day. Think of it as a gentle rhythm that supports your life, not something that adds pressure.
